Select based on the equipment model, technical parameters and operating conditions, verifying mounting dimensions, connection method, material requirements and performance parameters; replacement parts must have equal or better technical specifications than the original, and critical parts require confirmation by the technical department before use.

Check daily for appearance damage, secure connections and abnormal operation; weekly check that functions are normal and parameters are within range; monthly conduct in-depth inspection and maintenance; keep an equipment ledger recording inspections and repairs for traceability and predictive maintenance.

Store in a dry, ventilated warehouse at 5-35°C with relative humidity ≤75%; avoid direct sunlight, corrosive gases and dust; precision parts must be kept in original packaging; shaft parts stored vertically or supported to prevent deformation; rubber and plastic parts kept away from heat sources and grease; conduct regular inventory checks, and parts beyond shelf life must be inspected and qualified before use.
