Dust Encapsulation Assembly

Verify the model and technical parameters before installation and check the integrity of all components; assemble in the order of the assembly drawing, paying attention to mating surface cleanliness and lubrication; tighten critical connections to the specified torque; turn by hand after assembly to check for binding; run no-load for 30 minutes to check temperature rise, vibration and noise; then gradually load to rated conditions.

Warranty period is 12 months from the date of shipment, covering manufacturing and material defects; normal wear parts (such as bushings, seals and brake pads) are not covered; damage caused by improper installation, overload operation or poor maintenance is not covered; free repair or replacement within the warranty period for quality problems.

Arrange major overhaul when the following occur: significant performance decline (throughput down ≥20%, energy consumption up ≥15%), continuously increasing abnormal vibration or noise, critical component wear beyond limits, frequent failures after multiple minor repairs, or operating hours reaching the design overhaul cycle (usually 20000-30000 hours).
