How to troubleshoot insufficient hydraulic system pressure?
Troubleshoot in sequence: check tank oil level and quality, check whether the pump suction line is leaking air, measure pump output pressure (to judge internal leakage), check whether the relief valve is stuck or set too low, check whether the cylinder seals are leaking internally, then check whether pipeline fittings have external leakage.
How to handle hydraulic cylinder leakage?
External leakage: check the piston rod surface for scratches and replace the wiper seal and main seal; internal leakage: check whether the piston seals are aged or damaged and replace the complete seal set; pay attention to installation direction and lubrication when replacing seals to avoid lip reversal; run no-load to bleed air after assembly.
What are the replacement cycle and requirements for hydraulic oil?
Replace every 2000 working hours or annually under normal conditions, with the first oil change at 500 hours; use anti-wear hydraulic oil meeting equipment requirements (e.g., L-HM46); clean the oil tank and pipelines and replace the filter element when changing oil; filter new oil before filling (precision ≥10μm) and regularly test oil contamination level.
