1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Product Disclaimer

Products sold on this website are independently manufactured aftermarket replacement parts, not OEM original parts. OEM brand names and part numbers are used solely for compatibility reference and do not imply any authorization or affiliation with original manufacturers.

3 Quotation Validity

All quotations are reference prices and subject to formal written quotations. Quotations are valid for 30 days and may be adjusted thereafter. Prices exclude taxes, shipping and insurance unless otherwise stated.

4 Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation and advance payment. Payment methods include T/T (telegraphic transfer), L/C (letter of credit), etc., as specified in the quotation. Orders cannot be cancelled arbitrarily after confirmation.

5 Delivery Terms

Delivery time depends on order quantity and stock availability, typically 15-45 working days. Delivery is governed by Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.) as specified in the quotation. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure.

6 Quality Warranty

Products are warranted for 12 months from delivery against material and workmanship defects. Warranty does not cover: normal wear, improper installation or operation, use beyond design specifications, unauthorized modifications. Valid warranty claims will be replaced or repaired free of charge.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, designs, trademarks) is protected by intellectual property laws. Copying, distribution or modification without written permission is prohibited. OEM brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this website or products.

9 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation; failing that, submitted to arbitration by the Shanghai Arbitration Commission.
