Application
Pre-assembled wear set of breaker plate liners with backing plates and clamping wedges, fitted as a block onto the breaker plate body; simplifies liner change-out and guarantees correct gap geometry.
Installation Notes
Support the breaker plate on stands, remove the wedges and old liner set, seat the new liner assembly on the machined face, then drive the wedges home to the specified torque; recheck after one hour of operation.
