Installation Notes
1. Before installation, clean oil circuit fittings and components, and check hydraulic cylinders/pumps/valves for intact seals; 2. Connect pipelines correctly without stress, tightening fittings to the specified torque; 3. After filling oil, bleed the system, flush at low pressure until clean, then raise to working pressure and check for leaks and smooth operation.

What causes insufficient pressure or pressure loss in the hydraulic system?
Main causes: oil pump wear and internal leakage, failed or stuck relief valve spring, internal leakage of hydraulic cylinder seals, leaking pipeline fittings, and oil viscosity too low. Check the pump, valves, cylinder seals and oil condition in sequence.
What to do if the toggle plate protection (hydraulic overload protection) trips frequently?
Usually caused by tramp iron or oversized feed, uncrushable material entering the crushing chamber, or overload protection pressure set too low. Adjust the rated protection pressure and check the iron removal device and feed size.
How to handle a lubrication station that delivers no oil or insufficient oil?
Check oil level and quality, filter blockage, bent or leaking oil pipes, correct rotation direction of the lubrication pump motor, and whether distributor indicator pins actuate. Clean filters regularly and change lubricating oil per schedule.
