Handling: check current balance (deviation ≤10%), measure insulation resistance (≥0.5MΩ), check bearing temperature rise and lubrication, clean cooling air ducts; frequent overheating requires checking load matching and power supply quality.
How to diagnose abnormal sensor signals?
First check whether the supply voltage is normal, then check terminals for looseness and corrosion, then measure the output signal with a multimeter and compare with the actual value; for analog sensors check whether the 4-20mA or 0-10V output is linear; confirm whether it is a sensor fault or signal line/PLC module problem before replacing.
What is the daily maintenance for electrical cabinets?
Check daily the cabinet temperature (≤40°C) and fan operation; weekly clean the filter and cabinet dust (blow with compressed air after power-off); monthly check terminal tightness and contactor contact erosion; quarterly measure insulation resistance and grounding continuity (grounding resistance ≤4Ω).
