Assemblies mostly contain wear-matched pairs; replacing a single part causes uneven clearance and poor running-in between new and old parts. Replacing as a complete set ensures assembly precision and interchangeability, reducing the failure rate and downtime.
What items should be checked when accepting a delivered assembly?
Verify the nameplate model, intact appearance without dents or deformation, intact grease fittings/fittings/interfaces, smooth rotation of rotating parts by hand, and complete random certificates and inspection reports. Conduct a bench no-load trial run if necessary.
What should be noted at the first start-up after assembly installation?
First confirm all connecting bolts, oil pipes and electrical fittings are tightened to torque, jog to confirm correct rotation and action direction, then run no-load for 30 minutes to check temperature rise, vibration and leakage before feeding material for load operation.
